Radiology Bee – Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

Radiology Bee provides online educational courses and CPD content for healthcare professionals. This policy explains your rights regarding cancellations and refunds.

2. Online Courses (On-Demand Digital Content)

When you purchase access to an online course, you are buying immediate access to digital content.

14-day cooling-off period. However, by purchasing and accessing the course immediately, you expressly agree to:

- Immediate delivery of digital content, and

- Waive your 14-day cancellation right once access has begun.

Once course access has been granted and content accessed, refunds will not normally be provided.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

- Duplicate payment

- Technical failure preventing access (that cannot be resolved)

- Accidental purchase where no content has been accessed

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Radiology Bee reserves the right to verify course access logs before issuing any refund.

4. Live or Scheduled Courses (If Applicable)

If Radiology Bee offers live online sessions or workshops:

- Cancellations made 7+ days before the event: Full refund

- Cancellations within 7 days: No refund

- Failure to attend: No refund

Radiology Bee reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a live event where necessary. In such cases, a full refund or transfer option will be offered.

5. Course Transfers

Access to purchased courses is non-transferable and intended for individual use only. Sharing login details is prohibited and may result in suspension of access.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Radiology Bee understands that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refunds outside this policy may be granted at our sole discretion.
